LRG Presents: Artist Driven - Free Revok

It is crazy to me to see artists going to jail for their passion. When someone has a passion for life and expresses it through art, it's very special and should never ever ever be shunned or made to feel illegal. Shame on mainstream society! We can accept all of the MTV bullcrap, but never Graffiti. Graffiti is the purest art form and is put on the street for everyone to enjoy. These losers in society make money off of persecuting artists for their own benefit: Shame on you, you have bad karma coming your way and I personally hope it stings you right in the ass. Prisons are for murderers and rapists NOT artists! Free Revok and enjoy LRG's continuous promotion of a free art form.

Check out more of Revok here

Enjoy

Ben Eine Presents: Oranges and Lemons

"There's a Starbucks, GAP, and all that shieet, it's just boring"! Ben Eine puts most of our urban sprawls into perspective and in his home town of Westminster UK, Eine is making a difference. Putting Graffiti on a creative pedestal with an attempt to drive the negative sigma contrived by popular culture to a halt, Westminster locals may just think outside of the box for once. "Get Up, Stand Up. Stand Up for your Right"! Enjoy the movement

Martha Cooper @ MOCA

I've always loved Martha Cooper's work and how she has had such a crazy impact on Hip Hop culture photography. Plain and simple when I think of the Golden Era and the foundation of hip hop I automatically think of Cooper's "Hip Hop Files". By all means she should go down in the Hip Hop Hall of Fame for exposing the true essence of genre in its early stages. Check out the clip and see how humble she views her work. A truly insirational individual. Enjoy

Big Shout out to L.Ruano from hypebeast for the clip

Graffiti, Street Art, Bombing, & Free Expression! Whatever one you choose it is all about pushing it to the limit and getting your name out there. NYC Subway System. before the "Clean Train" policy went into effect. The nostalgic footage was shot with 16mm film camera, exposing the graffiti subway cars and the excitement of Time Square station in 1986. A great portrayal of graffiti & hip hop culture.
